Treats by nature is a family run business based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
We sell quality natural and handmade beauty products at affordable prices.
The products we sell are made from natural ingredients , mostly hand made and suitable for vegetarians. They are SFS and Parabens free and do not contain artificial fragrances or colours unless otherwise stated.

Payments can be made by debit or credit cards securely by using PayPal, if you do not have an account with paypal you can register for free at:
Alternatively, you can send payment by cheque. Please e-mail for address confirmation.
Please do not send cash through the post. Also note that goods will not be despatched untill payment has cleared.

Your payment is processed by Pay Pal . All customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure encrypted servers. We do not keep credit card information. Customer information is only used for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do NOT pass your details to any third party.

Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders next day, after payment has cleared. However, please allow up to 5-7 working days for goods to arrive. Should any order be out of stock we will email to advise of an estimated delivery date or offer an alternative choice.
Postage is normally by standard Royal Mail delivery, however if you prefer recorded delivery please email for details of price adjustment.
Wherever possible we try to use recycled packaging to help do our bit for the environment.
All our products are posted out in perfect condition. Should anything reach you damaged due to delivery, please email us so we can arrange for a replacement or refund and for the damaged goods to be returned to us.
Refund / Cancellations
Should you decide to cancel your order, we will offer a full refund if done so before the items have been despatched, please email to arrange this. If an order is cancelled after delivery has been made, we will offer a full refund (less postage costs) only if items are returned in an unopened, re-saleable condition within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders and e-mails are monitored 7 days per week between 8am- 10pm.
